YES, our broth is Halal Certified by Jakim.

When you receive it, please store our broth in the freezer and refer to the expiration date for guidance.

You can consume our broth daily, once it is heated. This is the recommended dosage, especially if you have certain health conditions. Our Clear & Classic version can be used for cooking, as a substitute for stock in recipes.

We recommend:

• Enjoying it in the morning instead of coffee, as an afternoon pick-me-up, or as an evening nightcap
• Using bone broth instead of water to braise meats, sauté veggies, or boil rice
• Using it as a pre and post-workout supplement

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once defrosted/heated, please consume immediately.

We have our in-house riders and offer subsidised delivery of up to RM20 for orders of 10 items or more.

We deliver our broth frozen. We use ice packs, in insulated bags.

Our broth is frozen immediately after being made while it’s still fresh. Freezing effectively halts
the activity of microorganisms and fungi in the food, ensuring its safety as long as it remains
frozen. This acts as nature’s pause button, preserving freshness and slowing enzymatic
reactions. Our broth remains in optimal condition until it’s defrosted and consumed.

A request to remove any ingredients from the chosen broth flavour will be deemed as a customised broth and require an order of 10 jars of the same flavour as we would have to customise a whole pot for you.

Please note that the cooking process for customised broths may produce fewer than 10 jars. Should that be the case, we will replace the remaining jar(s) with non-customised items.

Our Minis are intended for babies and toddlers, and are all sold with no added sugar, salt, or pepper.

Or you can opt for our Chicken Bone Broth or Grass-Fed Beef Bone Broth. Our broths contain natural pink Himalayan rock salt, although in minimal (0.1 grams per jar). We can remove this upon request for the 210ml jars (this will be considered a customised broth).

We created the Clear & Classic Version of our chicken bone broth specifically for cooking purposes. You can use it for steamboat, a base for soups, noodles, laksa, porridge, etc. The original Chicken Bone Broth is packed with organic vegetables and best consumed as it is, and not over-boiled, in order to enjoy all the benefits from the nutrients contained in the organic vegetables. The Clear & Classic is simpler, more flexible in the kitchen, but still contains all the goodness from premium chicken bones.

Within Klang Valley (PJ / KL regions)

Shipping timeline: As specified during order. Customer can choose specific delivery window during the order process.

Cost for shipping: As specified during the order. We subsidise delivery up to RM20 for 10 items and above.

Mode of transport: We deliver via our own drivers/riders due to the fragility of the products.

Self-collect: You can arrange for a self-collect when making an order on our website during checkout. Please note that our operational hours are from 09.30 AM to 04.00 PM.

Our location is at No. 22A, Jalan Com Industrial Park, Kawasan Perindustrian Kampung Baru Balakong, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

Empty bottle returns: You may return a maximum of 20 empty jars you have in good condition to our drivers only when he/she deliver your new order. If you wish to do so, please leave a note during checkout.

We may use 3rd party riders such as Lalamove/ Grab to complete any last-mile service/last minute order that our driver is unable to reach, as such these riders may not be able to accept the empty bottles back.

Penang Delivery

We use third-party logistics for deliveries to Penang. Please note that deliveries to Penang will take about 3 to 5 days.
