5 MINS CLAYPOT YEE MEE

INGREDIENTS:

(1 pax portion)
½ tub / 250 ml The Daily Broth Clear & Classic Chicken Bone Broth
250ml filtered water
3 meatballs / fish balls / sliced fish cake
20g sliced meat (chicken / pork) – marinated with a  drizzle of light soy sauce, shallot oil, and white pepper
3 pieces fried fuchuk
2 stalks of leafy vegetables (lettuce / choy sum is great)
1 pack of yee mee noodles
1 egg

Seasoning: fish sauce / salt / shallot oil / white pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pour chicken broth and water into a sauce pan or small pot
  2. Add balls & meat slices. Bring to a boil. Let boil for about 3 to 5 mins (choose the latter for a more flavorful broth). Skim scum if any.
  3. Add vegetables, fried fuchuk and yee mee noodles. Top it off with egg.
  4. Season with fish sauce or salt, and garnish with fried shallot oil.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
